Gaining 5 kg in 5 days is not a healthy or sustainable goal. Rapid weight gain like this is likely to be due to an increase in body water, glycogen stores, and possibly some fat, but it is not recommended as it can put a strain on the body and lead to health issues. To gain weight in a healthy way, one should focus on increasing their calorie intake through nutrient-dense foods, such as lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates, and engage in strength training exercises to build muscle mass. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. **
